How We Work

Unlike most companies in our field who require an expensive monthly commitment, we work on a straight-forward hourly basis. That means you only pay for the work we do. Your invoices show the work we complete down to the minute.

Our customers love how we operate because it’s straight-forward, black and white, and leaves no room for either party to be taken advantage of.

If you need a break and don’t require our services for a while, no problem! We’re not interested in forcing you to pay us for work we haven’t done (a common practice, unfortunately).

After we meet and decide together on the next steps, our team will estimate the time it will take to complete the task or project. If it takes less time, you pay less! If it takes more time than anticipated, we’ll get approval before continuing.

We promise not to pull quotes out of thin air or take advantage of you because we know that a great partnership is built on honesty and trust.

Popular Questions

How do I know if I can afford it?

If you have a tight budget, we’ll be sure to give you an estimate before we begin. If we begin to creep to the top of the budget before we’re finished, we’ll keep you posted on progress so we can determine next steps.

How much is your hourly rate?

The hourly rate depends on the service and several other factors. The rate ranges from $60-100 per hour.

How and when do I pay?

Throughout the month, we keep track of our tasks and projects through a time clock and take notes on what we did during that time frame. Around the 1st day of every month we’ll add up all the time we spent on the month prior, down to the minute, and send you an invoice with those details.

What methods of payment do you accept?

The most ideal way to pay is ACH, which is a free transfer of funds from your bank to ours. We accept checks in the mail and also accept debit or credit payments, though, we absorb a 3% fee which can add up! You’ll receive a digital invoice in your email around the 1st of every month.

It's rare to find someone who cares about my business like it's their own.
